Ingredient

  • 20 hard boiled eggs
  • 20 pieces of tofu pong/skinned
  • 10 packs of tempeh
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 liter @karasantan.id
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Ground spices

  • 15 cloves of garlic
  • 25 cloves of red onion
  • 5 pecans
  • 1 tbsp finely coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 5 segments ginger

Seasoning Leaves

  • 3 lemongrass stalks, crushed
  • 5 segments of galangal, geprek
  • 8 lime leaves

How to cook

  • 1. Heat the oil. stir-fry the ground spices until fragrant & release the oil after that the seasoning leaves until cooked then add Tempe, Tofu, Egg. stir well.
  • 2. Add coconut milk. season with salt, sugar and mix well.
  • 3. Cook until the coconut milk recedes and thickens, the chicken is tender and cooked. taste correction. Serve.
