Ingredient

  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 75 gr dry macaroni, boil until cooked then drain.
  • 100 gr ground chicken
  • 300 ml liquid milk (fresh milk/uht/evaporated)
  • 3 chicken eggs, beaten
  • 50 gr cheddar cheese, grated
  • 50 gr parmesan cheese (optional), grated
  • 50 gr button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, steamed, cut into small cubes
  • 1 piece of sweet corn boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp margarine

How to make

  • 1. Prepare the frying pan. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add chicken, after chicken changes color, add vegetables, mix well.
  • 2. Pour in milk, add pepper, nutmeg, powdered salt, cook until boiling. Turn off the stove.
  • 3. Enter the macaroni and eggs while stirring well. Taste correction then lift.
  • 4. Pour into a jar that has been smeared with margarine (glass jar) sprinkle with grated cheese, bake at 180′ for 15 minutes in au bain marie.
