Sauteed Pumpkin & Ceciwis

sauteed pumpkin & ceciwis

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of pumpkin/pumpkin shoots, noon
  • 5 pcs ceciwis rather large, cut the original
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 7 pcs mixed cayenne pepper, coarsely ground
  • 3 cloves of garlic, coarsely ground
  • Salt, mushroom broth, sugar, water to taste

The method

  • 1. Wash the pumpkin and Ceciwis shoots, drain
  • 2. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the chilies, stir well then add the pumpkin shoots, and the Ceciwis mix well.
  • 3. Pour enough water then add salt, mushroom broth, sweet soy sauce, sugar, mix well.
  • 4. Cook the vegetables until they are quite cooked and adjust the taste. Lift and serve while warm
