Spaghetti Sambal Oncom

Ingredients

  • 1 oncom board (400 gr)
  • 100 gr spaghetti, boiled until cooked, remove and drain
  • 5 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 3 red onions, sliced
  • 4 cm kencur, wash and slice
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper or according to taste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 bunches of basil take the leaves

How to make

  • 1. Cut the oncom into 6 parts and fry in a little oil until it changes color. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. Heat the oil and fry the kencur, onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant. Add the chilies and basil and stir until the basil wilts
  • 3. Add salt, sugar and stock powder. Stir briefly then remove.
  • 4. Pour over the mortar and grind until smooth, add brown sugar. Blend until smooth then taste correction.
  • 5. Heat the pan. Enter the oncom chili, stir briefly then add the spaghetti. Stir until well blended.
  • 6. Prepare to serve.
