Spicy Grilled Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 carp/other fish
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 segments of galangal
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, take the white part
  • Salt & sugar to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Chili sauce, soy sauce

  • 3 cloves of red onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp lemon/lime juice
  • 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce

How to make

  • 1. Do not cut the fish in half and then clean it. Sprinkle with lime juice and salt. Let stand 10 minutes then rinse, set aside.
  • 2. Puree the onion, garlic, turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemon grass, sugar and salt, then add the cooking oil, mix well. Spread it on the fish, then grill it while smearing the rest of the seasoning, until cooked.
  • 3. Soy sauce: mix all ingredients, mix well.
  • 4. Serve the grilled fish with soy sauce.
