Spicy Mushroom Sauce Chicken

Ingredients

  • free native chicken, cut into pieces
  • 8 pcs button mushrooms, cut into
  • 2 pcs cherry tomatoes, sliced

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 10 pcs red chili
  • 5 pcs red curly chili

Other Seasonings

  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 2 rs of galangal
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • tbsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste (you can also skip it)
  • Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used

Method

  • 1. Cut all the ingredients
  • 2. Saute ground spices until cooked, add lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaf and galangal.
  • 3. Cook until the spices are cooked, then add the chicken and mix well
  • 4. Give enough water, add salt, sugar, mushroom broth and ground pepper.
  • 5. Add tomato sauce and sweet soy sauce to taste (can be skipped)
  • 6. Cook until the chicken is really tender
  • 7. After the chicken is cooked and tender, add the mushrooms, mix well and let it cook
  • 8. Correct the taste and it's ready to be served
