Potato Chicken Curry Ingredients

  • – 500 gr chicken meat, cut into pieces according to taste, wash clean

Softened seasoning

  • – 1 large red chili
  • – 6 curly red chilies
  • – 5 pieces of red chili
  • – 1/2 tsp roasted coriander
  • – 3 candlenuts
  • – 1 piece of ginger
  • – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • – 3 cloves of garlic
  • – 4 cloves of red onion

How to Cook Potato Chicken Curry

  • 1. Boil the chicken for about 25 minutes, remove the foam, remove the chicken from the broth, don't throw it away
  • 2. Fried potatoes half dry
