Ingredients

  • 600gr beef ribs
  • Corn daughter to taste.
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1-2 bunch of kedondong leaves.
  • 2 lbr bay leaves.
  • Tamarind water to taste.
  • Salt, mushroom broth, sugar to taste.

Puree

  • 15 pieces red chili
  • enough cayenne pepper
  • 10 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of white bwg
  • A piece of galangal
  • A handful of turmeric
  • 3 bits of candlenut
  • Grilled/roasted shrimp paste (-+2 tbsp).

Method

  • Boil the ribs for a while and then drain.
  • Saute ground spices, bay leaves until fragrant.
  • Give enough water.
  • Mskkn ribs
  • Cook until tender.
  • Add corn.
  • Give sour water. Java
  • Then add the kedondong leaves.
  • Add salt, mushroom stock and a little sugar.
  • Taste test and lift.
  • Serve.
