Sweet Spicy Dry Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Enough spring roll skin
- 1 tbsp tamarind water
- 3 lbs of lime leaves
- 1 segment of galangal
- 1 tbsp flour + water (adhesive)
- Sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste
Ground spices
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 15 pieces of curly chili
- 10 pieces of cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 50 gr brown sugar
How to make
- 1. Take the spring roll skin, smear the ends with adhesive, roll up neatly. Do it until it runs out.
- 2. Scissors according to taste, fry until golden brown. Lift and drain.
- 3. Saute ground spices, lime leaves and galangal until fragrant. Add tamarind water. Cook until the spices are cooked and thick. Turn off the fire.
- 4. Enter the fried spring rolls, stir until the spices are evenly mixed. Turn on the fire, stir briefly. Remove and cool.
- 5. Put in an airtight container and ready to serve.
