Sweet Spicy Dry Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • Enough spring roll skin
  • 1 tbsp tamarind water
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 1 tbsp flour + water (adhesive)
  • Sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 15 pieces of curly chili
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • 50 gr brown sugar

How to make

  • 1. Take the spring roll skin, smear the ends with adhesive, roll up neatly. Do it until it runs out.
  • 2. Scissors according to taste, fry until golden brown. Lift and drain.
  • 3. Saute ground spices, lime leaves and galangal until fragrant. Add tamarind water. Cook until the spices are cooked and thick. Turn off the fire.
  • 4. Enter the fried spring rolls, stir until the spices are evenly mixed. Turn on the fire, stir briefly. Remove and cool.
  • 5. Put in an airtight container and ready to serve.
