ingredient

  • - spring roll skin to taste
  • – 10 small white tofu, puree
  • - 1 egg, beaten
  • – 2 stalks of scallions
  • - salt, mushroom broth and pepper to taste.

How to make

  • - mix all ingredients together
  • - take a sheet of spring roll skin, give 1 tablespoon of stuffing, fold the envelope
  • - Fry until golden brown. Lift & drain
