Martabak Tofu
ingredient
- - spring roll skin to taste
- – 10 small white tofu, puree
- - 1 egg, beaten
- – 2 stalks of scallions
- - salt, mushroom broth and pepper to taste.
How to make
- - mix all ingredients together
- - take a sheet of spring roll skin, give 1 tablespoon of stuffing, fold the envelope
- - Fry until golden brown. Lift & drain
