Ingredient

  • 1 kg beef cut into pieces according to taste
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 4 lemongrass stalks crushed
  • 500 ml water

Ground spices

  • 125 gr red onion
  • 70 gr garlic
  • 30 gr hazelnut
  • 100 gr red chili
  • 50 gr cayenne pepper
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 3 cm galangal
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 200 gr cooking oil

How to cook

  • 1. Seasoning that has been mashed enter the pan. When it smells good, add the meat and mix well.
  • 2. Add coconut milk, roasted coconut, lime leaves, bay leaf, lemongrass, galangal, ginger.
  • 3. Cook until the water shrinks so that the meat absorbs the spices.
