Ingredients

  • 300gr Squid
  • 1 pack of Green Noodles @lemonilo Chicken Onion Flavor
  • 2 plantains
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 sonkit orange
  • 50 ml of oil for frying

Chili Seasoning

  • 5 large green chilies
  • 8 green curly chilies
  • 2 green tomatoes
  • 6 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic

How to cook

  • 1. Finely slice the beard of squid, set aside
  • 2. Boil all the green chili ingredients until wilted
  • 3. Boil the Lemonilo Green Noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain
  • 4. Sauté the squid beard with the oil on the Lemonilo noodle package until it changes color, add the Lemonilo Noodles and give 1 pack of Lemonilo Noodle Seasoning in the package, mix well
  • 5. Put the cooked noodles into the squid's stomach, massage the squid's body into it until it's full, pin it with a toothpick, do it until it's finished.
  • 6. Mash / finely grind the green chili ingredients that have been boiled earlier, then stir-fry with lime leaves.
  • 7. Add the Calamari and Pete, salt and sugar. Cook over low heat until the squid is fully cooked.
  • 8. Finally, add the orange juice, mix well
  • 9. Serve
