Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, cut into small pieces to make them soft
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 6 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp powdered mushroom stock
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

How to make

  • 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  • 2. Enter the rest of the ingredients, mix well enough by pinching / kneading gently (do not knead.
  • 3. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  • 4. Serve while hot.
