500gr deep-cut beef, thinly sliced (this time using sukiyaki beef)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves of minced garlic
1 onion coarsely chopped
3 large red chilies

3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp oil for frying
300ml hot water
How to make
1. Mix all ingredients A, mix well and let stand for a while
2. Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil into a frying pan and stir-fry ingredient A until it changes color, remove and set aside
3. Put another 3 tablespoons of cooking oil into the frying pan used for sautéing the meat, add ingredient B, stir-fry until wilted and fragrant, add ingredient C, stir fry for a while, add water, stir well and let it all come together and boil, add meat, cook until seasoning permeate. Remove and serve with noodles
