  • 1 tsp salt

  • 300ml hot water

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients A, mix well and let stand for a while
  • 2. Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil into a frying pan and stir-fry ingredient A until it changes color, remove and set aside
  • 3. Put another 3 tablespoons of cooking oil into the frying pan used for sautéing the meat, add ingredient B, stir-fry until wilted and fragrant, add ingredient C, stir fry for a while, add water, stir well and let it all come together and boil, add meat, cook until seasoning permeate. Remove and serve with noodles
