Black Pepper Chicken Bokchoy

Ingredient

  • 2 bunches of bok choy, remove the roots
  • 1 slice chicken breast, cut into squares
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper grind REMPAHI @sourcepanganrejeki
  • Salt to taste

Marinated Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Method

  • 1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • 2. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the chicken, cook until it changes color then add the bokchoy.
  • 3. Add the spices. Pour a little water, mix well
  • 4. Cook until done. Lift
