ingredient

  • 500 gr chicken breast fillet. Cut². Add a pinch of salt and lemon juice. Clean wash.
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (geprek)
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 plantains
  • Sufficient sugar and stock powder

ground spices

  • 5 cloves of red bwg
  • 3 cloves of white bwg
  • 15 red chilies
  • 10 red chilies (according to taste)
  • 1 tomato
  • Sufficient salt

how to make

  • > Saute the ground spices along with lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant. Then add the chicken fillet pieces. Cook until it changes color. Add water, sugar and powdered broth.
  • > Cook while stirring occasionally. After the water shrinks a little, don't forget to adjust the taste. Then add the petai. Stir well. Turn off the stove. Lift ready to serve.
