Buffalo Fish With Basil Sauce

Ingredient

  • 500 gr mackerel
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 1 tomato, cut into 2
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 3 sprigs of basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • The oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 red chilies
  • 5 pieces of curly chili
  • 2 cm ginger

How to make

  • 1. Coat the fish with lime juice and salt. Leave it for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Fry the fish until cooked and drain
  • 3. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add lemongrass, bay leaf, lime leaves, mix well. Cook until the spices wilt
  • 4. Add the tomato and basil leaves and mix well. Add the fried fish and stir well and cook until done.
  • 5. Put the fish on a serving plate and put the basil sauce on it, ready to serve
