Ingredient

  • 2 Packs of Fried Indomie
  • 3 Beef Sausages, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 60 gr Quickmelt Cheese, grated
  • 200 ml Liquid Milk
  • 2 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Broth Powder
  • 2 tbsp Margarine for frying
  • Parsley Powder to taste for sprinkling

How to make

  • 1. Boil indomie until cooked, remove and drain. Mix with the spices, mix well.
  • 2. Arrange indomie in aluminum foil cup. Set aside.
  • 3. Cheese sauce: heat margarine until melted, add onions and sausage slices. Saute until fragrant.
  • 4. Enter the flour and spices, mix well. To make it easier before cooking, mix the flour with the spices, pepper, nutmeg, salt, etc.
  • 5. Enter the liquid milk little by little while stirring, add the grated cheese, mix well. Cook until thickened.
  • 6. Pour the cheese sauce over the indomie, sprinkle with parsley powder.
  • 7. Bake with fire over 200'C 10-15 minutes on the top rack or until browned or it can be torched.
