Ingredient

  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts

  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp pepper granules

How to make

  • 1. Sauté ground spices until fragrant, add bay leaf, lime leaf, galangal & lemongrass, stir until wilted, add chicken, stir until it changes color, add enough water, sugar, salt and powdered stock. Cook until the chicken is soft and the water has reduced.
  • 2. Add the fried potatoes, tomatoes, scallions and coconut milk. Stir well. Cook briefly until boiling, remove.
  • 3. Ready to serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
