Ingredients

  • 250 Gr Chicken Heart (Boiled With Bay Leaves And Galangal)

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gr cayenne pepper (to taste)

Other Seasonings

  • 4 large chilies, sliced ​​(you can mix red or green chilies)
  • 1 rs of galangal, sliced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • tbsp sugar
  • tsp ground pepper
  • Sufficient oyster sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste

Method

  • 1. Boil the chicken heart with a little salt, bay leaf and galangal, once cooked set aside
  • 2. Puree the spices, then stir-fry the spices together with lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves until fragrant and cooked.
  • 3. Enter the chicken heart stew, stir evenly
  • 4. Add water, oyster sauce and soy sauce
  • 5. Saute until evenly distributed and the water is a bit stale
  • 6. Once the water is boiling, add the large chili slices and adjust the taste
  • 7. Serve while warm
