Corned Potatoes

Ingredient

  • 2 potatoes, diced, fried
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small can of coned beef (I used the chunked one)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • Rawit if you like spicy
  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  • 1. Scramble the eggs, set aside on the side of the pan
  • 2. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add corned, stir fry for a while
  • 3. Add potatoes and spices, mix well. Pour some water. Cook until absorbed
  • 4. Add the scallions. Stir well. Lift.
