Corned Potatoes
Ingredient
- 2 potatoes, diced, fried
- 1 egg
- 1 small can of coned beef (I used the chunked one)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- Rawit if you like spicy
- 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1. Scramble the eggs, set aside on the side of the pan
- 2. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add corned, stir fry for a while
- 3. Add potatoes and spices, mix well. Pour some water. Cook until absorbed
- 4. Add the scallions. Stir well. Lift.
