Cork Fish Cassava Leaf Ingredients

  • 500gr boiled cassava leaves
  • 150gr cowpeas, boiled until soft
  • 150gr salted cork fish, cut into pieces and fried
  • 500ml coconut milk KARA @karasantan.id

  • 5 tbsp cooking oil for frying

How to Make Cork Fish Cassava Leaf Kalio

  • Sauté the ground spices until fragrant, add the galangal lemongrass, stir-fry until fragrant, add cassava leaves, cowpeas, whole cayenne pepper, cork fish, cook briefly while stirring, add coconut milk KARA @karasantan.id , cook for a while while stirring, add water, sugar and salt, mix well, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, taste correction, remove and serve.
