Ingredients

  • 150 gr pasta
  • 3 pieces of smoked meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 clove of onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 100 gr frozen vegetables
  • 350 ml uht milk
  • 75 gr grated cheese
  • Enough Oregano
  • Salt, sugar, pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Saute the smoked meat and frozen vegetables for a while
  • 2. Heat margarine, add onions and garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add flour and cook until the smell of flour disappears. Pour in the milk, mix well, add the cheese, salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.
