Ingredients

  • 5 pieces Chicken steak WS
  • 10 slices of white bread
  • 300 grams of steamed potatoes
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into small dice
  • 2 sausages, cut into 2
  • 1/2 clove of onion
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1-2 stalks of celery
  • Salt, stock powder, pepper and sugar to taste.

  • Wheat flour to taste added with water. Don't be too watery.

How to make

  • 1. Mash steamed potatoes, hard boiled eggs add mayo. Set aside.
  • 2. Sauté the onions, carrots and sausage. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Unite the mashed potatoes and stir-fry carrots, sausages, add celery. Season again with pepper, sugar, salt, broth. Taste.
  • 4. Prepare the white bread, place the potato croquette filling and add the Chicken Steak on top. Then cover with white bread.
  • 5. Do it until it runs out.
  • 6. Prepare the dyes and panir. Dip one at a time into the flour mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Do it until it runs out.
  • 7. Heat the cooking oil, then fry the toast into the hot oil. After browning, remove and cut into 2 pieces.
  • Serve with cheese sauce, brown or chili sauce.
