Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fish, wash clean
  • Right amount of oil

Marinated Seasoning (Di Ulek)

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp roasted coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough water

Onion Sauce Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 30 green chilies (can be reduced)
  • 10 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • tomato
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

How to make

  • 1. Marinate the fish with the marinade seasoning then let it sit until absorbed.. Min 1 hour
  • 2. Fry the fish until dry and cooked.. Set aside
  • 3. Onion sauce: fry the onion and garlic until wilted.. Then grind it roughly, set aside
  • 4. Fry the chilies and tomatoes until wilted .. Then pulverize until smooth
  • 5. Heat the oil, stir fry the chilies and tomatoes then add the onions that have been coarsely ground.. Add the powdered broth and salt to taste.
  • 6. Check the taste, if it's just right.. Remove and serve with fried tilapia
