Gindara Steak (japanese Style)
Ingredient
- Gindara fish for steak @200gr
- salt to taste
- pepper powder to taste
- 1 lemon
- Japanese soy sauce to taste (I use Kikkoman)
How to cook
- 1. Remove the fish to room temperature from the freezer until it is not frozen
- 2. Drain with paper towels on both sides to dry.
- 3. Kucuri with lemon juice let stand for a while (10 minutes) then drain again with kitchen paper.
- 4. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on both sides. Leave it in the fridge for about 2-3 hours
- 5. Heat the grilled pan, grill the fish until cooked (don't turn it upside down, just flip it once)
- 6. Remove to a serving plate, add soy sauce before serving.
- 7. Serve with warm white rice sprinkled with nori and sesame. And stir-fry baby chickpeas or other vegetables. Yumyu..🤩🤩
