Ingredient

  • 1 kg chicken wings (sprinkle a little salt and wash thoroughly)
  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour (I use Cap Putri brand)
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • Enough water

Sauce Ingredients

  • 5 cloves of chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mirin (optional), you can also replace it with 1 tsp lemon + 1 tsp sugar (I skipped it because it was out of stock)
  • 1 tsp dashi
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cooking vinegar
  • Sugar to taste
  • Fried myk

Sprinkled

  • Sesame seeds
  • Dried Parsley

Method

  • 1. Mix the chicken with the ingredients of flour and water, leave it for a few hours after that it is browned
  • 2. Saute garlic and gochujang sauce, add soy sauce, dashi and vinegar, add a little water, let it boil
  • 3. After boiling and the sauce thickens slightly, turn off the heat, add honey, stir if it's not sweet enough, you can add a little sugar
  • 4. Put the chicken that has not been fried into the sauce, mix well, sprinkle with sesame and parsley
