Pakis Curry
Ingredient
- 1 bunch of fern leaves
- 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut
Ground spices
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ounce cayenne pepper
- 1 segment of turmeric
- 1 thumb ginger
Other Seasonings
- 1 segment of galangal (geprek)
- 1 stalk lemongrass (geprek)
- 2 lbs lime leaves
- 1 tbsp kandis acid
- Salt, sugar, mushroom broth
How to make
- In a saucepan, add ground spices, coconut milk and other seasonings.
- Cook until boiling.
- Then add the ferns, cook the vegetables until cooked, then add the salt, sugar, pepper, and mushroom broth.
- Taste correction. Turn off the heat, ready to serve
