Ingredient

  • 1 bunch of fern leaves
  • 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut

Ground spices

  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ounce cayenne pepper
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 thumb ginger

Other Seasonings

  • 1 segment of galangal (geprek)
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (geprek)
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 1 tbsp kandis acid
  • Salt, sugar, mushroom broth

How to make

  • In a saucepan, add ground spices, coconut milk and other seasonings.
  • Cook until boiling.
  • Then add the ferns, cook the vegetables until cooked, then add the salt, sugar, pepper, and mushroom broth.
  • Taste correction. Turn off the heat, ready to serve
