  • Ground spices :
  • 5 cloves of red onion

  • 1 tbsp melted margarine

How to make

  • 1. Boil the beef ribs until boiling, then separate the ribs and discard the water
  • 2. Boil the beef ribs again until tender, remove and separate the broth
  • 3. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices until fragrant.. After that, add the broth and the boiled ribs
  • 4. Add all the spices that have been mentioned above.. Stir well.. Cook until the water shrinks and the spices absorb
  • 5. Grill the ribs while rubbing the spread until dry.. Remove and serve
  • 1. Heat the oil, stir-fry the spices until fragrant and cooked
  • 2. Enter the bean sprouts and green mustard, then add water, powdered broth, and salt.. mix well
  • 3. Cook until the vegetables are wilted and absorbed.. Remove and serve

  • 100 grams of bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch green mustard, chopped
  • Less water
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 curly red chilies, sliced ​​oblique
