How to Make Lemon Sauce Chicken
1. Add the seasoned chicken to the beaten egg and then coat with flour until smooth.
Fry until cooked and golden brown. Remove and set aside
2. Saute the onions until fragrant, add lemon juice, honey and enough water, cook until boiling then add the mushroom broth, stir well. Add the cornstarch solution to the desired consistency. Enter the grated lemon zest, mix well then correct the taste, if it's right turn off the fire.
