Lemon Sauce Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 pc chicken fillet, cut into pieces, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, mix well.
  • All-purpose flour to taste
  • 1 small egg

Lemon Sauce

  • 1 pc lemon squeezed take the water
  • Slightly grated lemon peel
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb baw. bombay
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sugar to taste
  • Enough water
  • A little salt/mushroom stock
  • Cornstarch solution to thicken

How to Make Lemon Sauce Chicken

  • 1. Add the seasoned chicken to the beaten egg and then coat with flour until smooth.
  • Fry until cooked and golden brown. Remove and set aside
  • 2. Saute the onions until fragrant, add lemon juice, honey and enough water, cook until boiling then add the mushroom broth, stir well. Add the cornstarch solution to the desired consistency. Enter the grated lemon zest, mix well then correct the taste, if it's right turn off the fire.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken
