Ingredient

  • 1 Medium Size Chicken, Split 2 Not Broken

Marinated Seasoning

  • 2 cloves of grated garlic
  • 2 cm grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp ngohiong powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method

  • 1. Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours. I was in the fridge all night
  • 2. Bake in the oven at 190°c top and bottom heat, 50 minutes.
  • 3. Fry in a little hot oil over high heat, just for a while until brown and the skin is dry
  • 4. Once cool, cut the chicken into pieces, or serve whole. Happy eating 😊
