Ingredient

  • 100 gr macaroni, boil briefly until soft then remove and drain
  • 300 ml evaporated milk or uht
  • 25 gr or 1 pack of cheese flavored french fries
  • 75 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 pieces of beef or chicken sausage, finely sliced
  • 1 small size onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp parsley or oregano powder

How to make

  • 1. Heat a frying pan, add margarine and sausage, cook until sausage is cooked. Then add the onion and garlic, stir until fragrant.
  • 2. Pour in the evaporated milk, cook until it boils. Then add the cheddar cheese. Stir well.
  • 3. Add the potato seasoning, mix well. Then add the macaroni and cook for a while.
  • 4. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and parsley. Mac & cheese ready to serve
