Lobster Lemony Spaghetti

Lobster Ingredients

  • 1 lobster tail, remove the flesh from the shell and carefully pinch it
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Spaghetti Ingredients

  • 120 gr spaghetti
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pc lemon
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

How to make

  • 1. In a large saucepan, boil spaghetti with plenty of water until al dente (cooked but not mushy). Add a little olive oil and salt. Stir well. Lift and drain.
  • 2. Prepare the frying pan. Heat the olive oil. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add spaghetti, grated lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir well. Add salt, chilli flakes and black pepper. Stir well. Turn off the fire.
  • 3. Arrange the spaghetti on a serving plate. Store in a warm place.
  • 4. Use the skillet earlier. Heat butter and garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add the lobster and salt to taste. Saute over high heat until the lobster is cooked (about 3-4 minutes). Turn off the fire.
  • 5. Place the lobster on top of the spaghetti on a serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve while hot.
