Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1. Boil the macaroni until cooked (not too mushy). Set aside.
2. Saute garlic & onions until cooked, add minced meat, stir. After the meat changes color, add the mushrooms, stir. Then add flour, stir. Add liquid milk, salt, sugar, pepper powder, stir.
3. Add grated macaroni & cheese, stir. Turn off the fire. Add eggs, mix well. Set aside. Pour into a greased bowl/pan. Flatten.
4. Pour the sauce over the top of the macaroni mixture, smooth. Give grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with oregano. Bake/steam until cooked.
