Ingredient

  • 250 gr chicken fillet (me: mix breast & thigh), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Enough water
  • 1 scallion, small diced

How to make

  • 1. Heat enough vegetable oil, fry all the onions until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the minced chicken, stir until it changes color.
  • 3. Add the sauces, soy sauce and spices, stir.
  • 4. Enter the flour, stir quickly, add enough water. Stir until the water is absorbed (not too dry). Add the scallions, stir briefly and remove.
