Ingredients

  • 30 Pcs quail eggs
  • 350 ml of water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup (1 tbsp granulated sugar)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (to taste)
  • 5 green chilies (you can skip it)
  • 1 leek, take the white only
  • 1 tsp brown Anchovy broth @crystalofthesea

How to make

  • -Cook eggs with enough water add 1/2 tsp salt. Boil until eggs are cooked (25 minutes)
  • -Drain then grudge into cold water
  • -Peel the eggs and wash them clean
  • -Mix all ingredients except spring onions and green chilies
  • -Cook until the gravy shrinks and absorbs (approximately half of it)
  • -Add the spring onions and green chilies, cook for about 25 minutes and then turn off the heat
  • Once cool, store in an airtight container (remove the leeks first)
  • -Serve as a side dish
