Ingredient

  • 200 gr macaroni
  • 8 pieces of smoked beef, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 small diced carrot
  • 1/2 medium size onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 75 gr grated cheese
  • 400 ml liquid milk
  • 4 eggs beaten off
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Enough Oregano
  • Salt, pepper, sugar and mushroom broth to taste

How to make

  • 1. Boil macaroni with a little salt until al dente, strain and set aside
  • 2. Put the frying pan in Teflon, turn on the heat, heat the margarine, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add smoked beef and carrots. Stir well
  • 3. Add flour, mix well and cook until flour is cooked. Pour in the liquid milk little by little while stirring until thickened. Add cheese, add salt, sugar, pepper, oregano and mushroom broth, mix well.
  • 4. On low heat, add the eggs little by little and mix well. Add boiled macaroni. Stir well until all mixed.
  • 5. Put the dough into a heat-resistant baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Bake at 175c for 40 minutes. Depends on each oven
