Ingredients

  • 150 gr LA FONTE Long Macaroni-42 boiled until aladante set aside
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 50 g finely chopped chicken
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 500 ml liquid milk
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs

How to cook

  • 1. Heat margarine, saute onion & garlic until fragrant. Add chopped chicken, mix well.
  • 2. Add flour, mix well. Pour in the liquid milk little by little while stirring until thickened.
  • 3. Season with salt, pepper, stock powder, oregano, mix well, remove from heat.
  • 4. Pour in the beaten eggs little by little, mix well.
  • 5. Arrange LA FONTE Long Macaroni-42 on the bottom of a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine, pour in the egg liquid, rearrange the Long Macaroni, pour in the milk again. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • 6. Top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 45 minutes until cooked.
