Mixed Lodeh Ingredients

  • 20 boiled quail eggs, peeled
  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 chayote, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 squares of white tofu, diced
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 100 ml instant coconut milk

Spice

  • 4 large red chilies, puree
  • 8 cloves of red onion, puree
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 3 pecans, puree
  • 3 segments of geprek galangal
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cooking beef broth

How to Cook Mixed Lodeh
