mac n cheese hot dogs

Ingredient

  • – 125gr macaroni (I have fusilli)
  • – 1 tbsp margarine
  • – 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • – 400ml water
  • – 150ml liquid milk
  • – 75gr of cheese
  • – 25gr cheese powder (I use Indofood with fried potato seasoning)
  • – 1/2 broth powder
  • – mini hotdog buns
  • - sausage

Method

  • - heat margarine
  • - saute the garlic until fragrant
  • - pour 400 ml of water
  • - after boiling add macaroni
  • - cook on medium heat until the water shrinks and the macaroni starts to cook
  • - add liquid milk, mix well
  • - Enter the spread cheese, powdered cheese, powdered broth
  • - cook until thickened, set aside
  • - grilled sausage with margarine, set aside
  • - prepare hotdog buns, split the middle, put the sausage and pour the mac n cheese on top
  • - ready to be served
