Mushroom Sauce Meatloaf

mushroom sauce meatloaf

Meatloaf Ingredients

  • 400 gr ground beef
  • 80 gr instant oatmeal / 1 lb white bread
  • 100 ml full cream liquid milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pc chopped onion
  • 6 pcs minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tsp dry thyme/rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg / nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Sufficient salt and sugar

Oles Sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp palm sugar

Sauce

  • 15 pcs champignon mushrooms
  • 1/2 pc chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp wheat flour
  • 400 ml full cream liquid milk
  • To taste salt and sugar, black pepper

How to Cook

  • 1. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant
  • 2. Mix the oatmeal/bread and milk, stir until the oatmeal is soft, add the meat, onions and other ingredients, mix well, or you can put it in a chopper for a smoother texture.
  • 3. Prepare a 20×9 baking sheet, line it with baking paper/oil, pour the meat, compact it, brush with the spread sauce, bake for 40-50 minutes, or steam for 30 minutes/until cooked, then remove from the pan and cut into pieces.
  • 4. Sauce: stir-fry the mushrooms until fragrant, add the onion, stir-fry again until fragrant, add a little salt, mix well, then add the flour, stir briefly, pour in the milk, add salt, sugar and black pepper, bring to a boil over low heat, serve the meat along with the sauce.
  • Note: if it's baked, line a baking sheet with baking paper, it's easy to remove, if you apply oil it's a bit difficult to remove, I have in the video there is a little crack in the meat. If it's steamed, it's okay to apply oil
