Pete Curry Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 full plate of white rice
  • 1 peeled plantain
  • 1 tg leek, sliced
  • 3 pcs red cayenne pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp madras curry powder
  • Toge enough
  • 100 gr chicken fillet, diced
  • 5 cloves of red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

The method

  • 1. Clean the chicken pieces, drain and set aside
  • 2. Saute the onion until fragrant, add the chicken pieces, mix well. Add enough water, add chili powder, curry powder, salt, mushroom broth, scallions, mix well.
  • 3. Cook until the chicken is cooked & the spices are absorbed
  • 4. Enter the white rice, petai, chili slices, bean sprouts, stir until well mixed & the spices are absorbed. Taste correction, lift ready to serve
