Red Bean Chicken Curry Ingredients

  • – 350 grams of Chicken
  • – 250 gr Red Beans
  • – 1 stalk lemongrass geprek
  • – 2 sheets of bay leaf
  • – 300 mil coconut milk (65 mil instant coconut milk)
  • – 800 miles of chicken broth
  • - sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste

Softened seasoning

  • – 8 pieces of curly red chili
  • – 4 cloves of red onion
  • - 4 cloves garlic
  • – 4 pecans
  • – 1 piece of ginger
  • – 1/2 segment of turmeric
  • – 1 tsp coriander

How to Make Red Bean Chicken Curry

  • 1. Boil the chicken for about 20 minutes, remove from the boiling broth
  • 2. Boil red beans for 30 minutes, remove and drain, discard the boiled water
  • 3. Saute the mashed spices, add lemongrass and bay leaf, stir-fry until fragrant and cooked
  • 4. Then add the chicken and red beans, stir and add the chicken broth, cook until it boils
  • 5. After boiling, add the coconut milk, stir and cook until the coconut milk boils, add sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste, check the taste, don't forget to stir occasionally so the coconut milk doesn't break
  • 6. After the water has shrunk a little and the red beans are tender, remove and serve
