Red Cooked Salem Pindang Fish Ingredients

  • -2 large pindang salmon
  • -1 pc tomato, blh 6
  • -2cm galangal
  • -1 sheet of bay leaf
  • -2 sheets of lime leaves
  • -salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste
  • -100ml water

Ground spices

  • -3 large red chilies
  • -10 pcs curly chili
  • -15 pcs of cayenne
  • -6 cloves bamer
  • -3 cloves baput

How to Cook Red Cooked Pindang Salem Fish

  • - clean the fish, remove the head and fry half cooked, set aside, remove the inner thorns
  • - stir-fry ground spices with galangal, bay leaf and lime leaves until the oil is cooked
  • -add salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste
