Ingredient

  • 2 servings of rice (200 gr rice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr chicken, sliced ​​according to taste
  • 6 prawns (me: don't count, just add what is there)
  • 3 cloves of red onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 large red chili, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/2 tbsp margarine
  • Oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Heat the wok, I use Cosmo Pan @steincookware, pour oil and then stir-fry the chicken and prawns on high heat
  • until cooked, remove and set aside.
  • 2. In the same wok, use high heat, pour the oil then scramble the eggs until dry and the oil foams then add the grated onion and garlic and fry until fragrant.
  • 3. Enter the fish sauce, shrimp, chicken, chili and stir fry for a while.
  • 4. Enter the rice, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, and mushroom broth and stir until smooth.
  • 5. Enter the green onion and margarine, mix well then turn off the heat.
  • 6. Transfer to a serving plate, the fried rice is ready to be served.
