Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Lemons, squeeze the juice
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Thai Fish sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chicken Broth powder
  • 1 Tbsp Thai Brown Sugar/Brown sugar
  • 6 pieces of Thai red chili
  • 25 gr Garlic, chopped
  • 25 g ginger, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, sliced ​​white part
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 2 inches
  • 3 sprigs of coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 3 pieces of coriander root, crushed

How to make

  • 1. Wash the snapper, and coat with lemon, leave for 10 minutes. rinse again
  • 2. Coat the fish with oyster sauce
  • 3. Sprinkle chopped garlic, ginger slices, cayenne pepper, coriander root, brown sugar, chicken stock powder, thai fish sauce, some scallions and lemon juice. Steam the fish for 20-25 minutes.
