Honey Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 garlic, chopped
  • 1 scallion, sliced ​​oblique
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp palm sugar, you can use brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds to taste (optional)

Step

  • • Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, then fry it until golden brown.
  • • Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the sauce, add a little water, wait until it thickens, add the chicken and spring onions, stir until all the chicken is coated with the spices, sprinkle with sesame seeds, turn off the stove. Ready to be served
