Ingredient

  • 500 gr chicken cut to taste
  • 3 ktk tofu cut into pieces
  • 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 4 lbs lime leaves
  • 4 pcs tamarind patikala, crushed
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 1 pc kecombrang sliced
  • 3 cm galangal crushed
  • 10 pcs index eggplant / eggplant Medan
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 10 pcs curly red chili
  • 30 pcs mixed cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 thumb turmeric
  • 2 cm ginger

The method

  • 1. Wash the chicken pieces and drain
  • 2. Prepare a frying pan, add lemongrass, lime leaves, deep, galangal, tamarind patikala, add chicken kecombrang, tofu and then eggplant.
  • 3. Pour enough water, add ground spices, add salt, mushroom broth and cook until cooked. Taste correction
  • 4. Remove when it's a bit dry, ready to serve
