Padang Spaghetti

Ingredient

  • 150gr spaghetti @pastabisa
  • 250ml liquid coconut milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 plantains, peeled
  • 2 lime leaves

Ground spices

  • 150gr green chili
  • 50gr green cayenne
  • 8 red onions
  • 5 garlic
  • 3 green tomatoes

Complementary

  • Sunny side up eggs
  • Fried anchovies
  • Boiled cassava leaves

Method

  • • Boil water, cook spaghetti until al dente, remove and drain.
  • • Heat oil, stir-fry ground spices and lime leaves until cooked, add bananas, stir briefly, pour coconut milk, cook on low heat until boiling, add spaghetti, cook until slightly absorbed. Lift.
  • • Arrange on a plate: green chili spaghetti, give banana, fried egg, boiled cassava leaves, and sprinkle with fried anchovies.
