Chicken Stir-fry Ingredients

  • 300 g diced chicken breast
  • 1 pc silken tofu cut into small cubes
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 pcs chopped white onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp salty kcp
  • 5-6 tbsp sweet kcp
  • Salt, sugar, pepper to taste

How to Cook Stir-Fried Chicken

  • 1. Sauté the white onion until fragrant, add the chicken meat, stir-fry until it changes color, add the oyster sauce, salty coconut milk, sweet coconut milk, a little salt, sugar and pepper, mix well
  • 2. Give a little water, cook until soft, add eggs and tofu, cook again until the water shrinks and absorbs

Fried food

  • 100 gr minced chicken/shrimp
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Broth

  • Enough Chicken Bones
  • Enough water
  • 3 bunches of celery
  • 2 pcs chopped white onion
  • Salt, sugar, pepper to taste

How to cook gravy

  • 1. Boil the chicken bones and water until it becomes a broth (I substituted for powdered broth)
  • 2. Saute the white onion until fragrant, put it in the broth, add the celery, salt, sugar, pepper, boil briefly, taste
